I was admitted with my daughter from 2-4 March for ENT issues and we were so well taken care of by the nurses at the 6th floor (Melati, I think). Being a patient of Gleneagles AMPANG (as I live in AMPANG Jaya), I must say nurses at ASSUNTA are top notch, bar none, or at least the 6th floor ones. I took the trouble to remember most of their names and to personally say, thank you for making our stay here, though short, a very memorable one, thank you for looking after both my daughter and I so well - you guys are very friendly and helpful. stayed 2 days 1 night at Melor ward after my ENT surgery with Dr. Saras. All staff are very helpful and friendly. They also very professional even the students. I feel warm welcome staying and less worried.

Pantry Bal served food, very friendly, cheerfull lady. clarified food names that was not familiar to me, made my food order a breeze. Food was excellent, no oily veg. , the fish prep was superp..5star. Dr.Saraspathy N. & Dr. Mangayakarasi M. Ramanthan fantastic care, highly RECOMENDED. Just not the illness, patiently entertained all by fears,,🌹🌹 Nurses caring and very very prompt service. Knowledgeable in their field...WOW Thank Thank You all so much that my recovery was smooth, fast. Love you all🙏👍

Great hospital, wonderful service. Dr Saras from ENT does a very good job in operating my daughter for her tonsil. Just one day and she doesn't feel any pain anymore from her throat, just a minor pain in the ear during swallowing. All the nurses from the Sang Kancil ward are also fantastic, fast response, very polite and helpful. Clean wad and worth the visit. Only downside the room should have atleast one chair for visitors to sit.

My sister was admitted in Mawar ward under Dr Saras. Thanks to staff nurse Priscilla, Verce , Vivi, Les, Jaya and the student nurses. They was so kind, thoughthful and always with a smiling face.
