Dr. Rosalie was gentle, reassuring, and took the time to make us feel comfortable throughout the visit. The nurses were equally attentive and compassionate, always checking on Ophelia and making sure she was well looked after. The service was truly tip-top from start to finish. As a parent, it gave me great peace of mind knowing my daughter was in such capable and caring hands. All the staff and nurses in ward 6F is very friendly, caring and helpful. The environment and facilities is very good too. Have a wonderful 6 days stay in the hospital when my daughter was diagnosed with Kawasaki disease. Thank you Doctor Rosalie Yip for the consultation and help.
