Excellent Care and Service at IHH Timberland Medical Centre Back in 2013, my wife was treated for her thyroid condition and underwent surgery with Dr. Wong Howe Tung. A few years later, she had fully recovered. Recently, she needed surgery to remove gallstones. Thankfully, the procedure was successful, and she is now feeling very comfortable and recovering well. We are especially grateful to Dr. Febra Siam, who was very caring, understanding, and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail before and after the procedure and performed the surgery perfectly. We would also like to thank the nurses and staff on A3 ward. They were very kind, attentive, and always checked on my wife, even during the night. Her medication was given on time, and we always felt well cared for. The food was good, and the environment was clean and comfortable. We could also see that the housekeeping staff took great care in maintaining cleanliness. Thank you to Dr. Febra Siam, Dr. Wong Howe Tung, all the nurses and staff, and everyone at IHH Timberland Medical Centre for the excellent care and service. This my first time admitted under Dr Febra Siam Having the gallstone and the procedure been done and treated early and also fast. Before this im in very bad pain. Now no more pain Staff B2 also very warm service and caring always checked on me. So far im satisfied for the timberland medical centre staff team to taking care of me very well
