I have another memorable experience with KPJ Tawakkal during my annual medical checkup today, I m a bit late arriving at the hospital due to heavy traffic because of morning drizzling. En Jimmy has reserved a parking lot for me to park my car near to the entrance. Right from the entrance on the way to the lift, staff and security personnel are really welcoming me. After my GL was verified by the staff at level 5, I was ushered to the Wellness Centre at level 10. A team of staff namely Elis, Arina, Iera and Mai, assisting me to undergo the medical checkup procedures seamlessly e.g. bloodtest, imaging, ultrasound, lung test, stress etc. They provide me with the small chits and numbered the sequence with a simple notes as to guide what next after I completed each procedures. I know based from my experience there is Hospital was lacking in providing checklist as a references. At the golden age we tend to forget the 'what next thingy'. Really appreciate it. Since I opted to review the medical checkup result on the sameday, the team has set the appointment with the Dr, soonest after the lunch break. Other from a slightly high cholestrol, I m having a 'flying colour result' at the golden age. Once again, million thank you to Elis, Arina, Iera, Mai and Jimmy. All of you really make my day. My first visit at this hospital, Dr Melvin Gastro is very kind and helpful. He really explained very well about my condition. GL counter level 5 fast and efficient. Indian staff at pharmacy counter level 1 explained very well about my medicines. Really appreciated. Overall satisfied. Tq.
