I had my knee procedure at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil on 2 March with Dr. Muru (Dr. Murugeaswaran A/L Silvaraju), and I am truly grateful for the care I received. I walked in feeling extremely anxious and traumatized due to a very painful experience I had previously at another hospital. Even though Dr. Muru had reassured me during my earlier consultation, I was still very nervous on the day of the procedure. However, the moment he began working on my right knee, I immediately knew I was in the right hands. Dr. Muru was incredibly gentle, calm, and professional, and his technique made a world of difference. My fear slowly disappeared as the procedure went on because I could feel the level of care and expertise. What impressed me the most was not just his skill, but his compassion. He noticed my anxiety and made sure I felt reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank the nurses and team who assisted him that day.
