My 7-year-old son is a special needs child with severe nasal sensitivity, which frequently leads to him falling ill. We ultimately decided to proceed with surgery on his nose and throat, as his throat was so swollen it left only a very narrow passage. After the surgery, my son showed significant improvement within a short period of 2 to 3 months. He was a special needs child with speech delay, and he suddenly started speaking. Hi, I knew Dr B is the 'Santa Claus' who can help me with my forever Snoring Mayhem the moment he said 'Yes Huda, how may I help you??'😁 (Not many call me by that name) as I stepped into his clinic (January 2025) I have been a professional 'Snorer' for more than 30 years, been to many ENT before but none of them could really explain & understand what I was going through ! No quality sleep, headaches, and the list goes on..Upon my first visit to Dr B (I googled), somehow I agreed and adamant about fixing my nightmare and my loved ones nightmare too 🤣 (perhaps their nightmare is worst , kesiannnn they could not sleep in peace, I've tried nasal spray, nasal rinse, nasal strips, anti snoring mouth piece, but to no avail. worst ! it is not funny when they teased you about your loud snoring) It was a no brainer decision to opt for the surgery (Feb 2025) as Dr B's explanation was clear and precise ! So off i go to remove the culprit - enlarged Turbinate that causes blockage , removed the enlarged tonsils too. I guess they got inflamed & enlarged ( and hence, the turbo V8 engine noises - mouth breathing is no fun too ) and deviated nasal septum(almost opt for rhinoplasty😁...but sighhh) Utimately, post surgery was amazing...did not feel the pain at all within the nasal area (I was expecting worse) My sleep quality has improved tremendously, so much so I almost forgot to share my reviews 🙏🙏🙏🙏, I know its important to share this experience as it could help many lives out there - sleep apnea, micro sleep is no joke !!! Alhamdulillah it all went well for me !! Also a big shout out to all the lovely and helpful nurses & staffs - from the clinics, wards, operation theater, registration counter, pharmacy to the parking guy. Datuk Dr. Balwinder is an excellent ENT specialist I've ever met. I've seen other ENT specialists in the past, but never had a positive experience like I did with Datuk Dr. Balwinder. The manner in which he performs the nasal endoscopy procedure is remarkable, as I experienced no discomfort. This demonstrates that I am in his capable hands. I was suffering from a blocked nose and a deviated nasal septum, as well as sinusitis, snoring, and sleep apnea. As he had planned, I had septoplasty and turbinoplasty, as well as sinus and throat surgery, at the same time. I'm glad I underwent surgery; I no longer have a blocked nose and can sleep peacefully without snoring. My wife is also pleased with the outcome. I came across Dr Balwinder ENT clinic while I was searching for one for my husband. We have no clue on his problem regarding his nose. I contacted Mdm Maya to set up first appointment with Dato and it was a smooth check up. Mdm Maya is super accommodating and attentive to our issues and inquiries. It turned out that my husband was suffering from a blocked nose, a deviated septum,sinusitis and snoring issue. I have severe sinusitis and diverted septum . I been having this for more then 30 years. Have gone thru almost 8 surgery over the years. Last November 2023 my sinus was infected and inflamed. I had severe headache and pain. I went to see Dr Balwinder who did a CT scan where in showed severe sinusitis. I had surgery in December 2023. Dr practise high stardard in engaging with patient.
