Been warded a few times due to gout flare. So far satisfied staying here. I love their appointment system, easy to reschedule using their online system. The rheumatologist Dr Shamala & Dr Carolina (Physician) treated me very well.

RHEUMATOLOGY: I had experienced food poisoning and has been referred to Dr. Shamala. Dr. Shamala is the best rheumatologist. She is a cheerful & caring person; the way she speaks will make you feel at ease & give a positive vibe 💕 The assistant of Dr Shamala is very kind and polite. SURGEON: Doctor Tee Shin San is a very patient and caring doctor, soft spoken person. Although he looks so cool, but sometimes he will show his smiles too. NURSES at MELATI WARD (13-20 Feb 2024): Melati ward nurses were incredibly helpful. They are friendly and polite, always talk with me nicely. Always double-check my conditions. When they have to perform treatment on me, they ensure I won't feel pain. They always ask if it is painful or not. They all are awesome. MEDICAL OFFICER, ULTRA SOUND & ST SCAN OFFICER are friendly, polite and did they job well COUNSELOR: Assunta Hospital provides dedicated counselors who visit patients almost daily. These middle-aged ladies volunteer their time, showing remarkable kindness and humility in their support FOOD SERVICE STAF His name is Subash, a Nepalist who is responsible for delivering my meals and cleaning up after them. He is polite and quiet, consistently performing his job well. ROOM CLEANER : They clean the room effectively and are also friendly and nice individuals. They consistently greet and check on my condition BIlLING STAFF and Pharmacy handle all their task in timely manner. Overall impression : Amidst the uncertainty and fear that often accompany hospitalization, I found myself enveloped in care that eased my worries here. Assunta Hospital's dedication to providing quality healthcare is evident, making it a reliable choice for those seeking medical attention.

The care and warmth that my 80+ year old father received when he was admitted to the hospital in late February were amazing. The doctors provided me with updates and explanations regularly. They were understanding and flexible with my schedule. This was critical as it enabled me to make informed and prompt decisions for my father. They ordered only the necessary tests, mindful of the stress it might put the patient through and balancing that with the medical costs. The doctors collaborated closely. They were always aware of what the other doctors had been doing for my father. I could tell they frequently discussed my father amongst themselves. Dr Shamala Rajalingam, Dr Lam Kai Huat, Dr Chong Chee Seang, Dr Leong Chee Loon and Dr Thye Yuen Lin – Thank you! I'd also like to mention the team in Melor Ward. All the nurses that I spoke to seem to know my father's case by memory. They were able to answer most, if not all, of my questions. The handover between shifts was seamless. The nurses took good care of my father. The grooming was complete and regular. They even took care of his skin dryness with topical applications. They also helped lift my father's mood. They talked and joked with him. My father laughed quite a bit during his stay. The team in the Melor Ward was fantastic! Finally, I'd also like to mention the physio team. They demonstrated good judgment on the types of activities that would improve my father's condition. Activities included those that help his strength, as well as his mental alertness.

Dahlai Ward Dr Shamala - provided excellent medical care, always taking the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Her dedication and compassion truly made a difference in my healing journey. Physio Susila - was equally outstanding, guiding me through my physiotherapy sessions with professionalism and encouragement. The personalised care and motivation I received helped me regain my strength and confidence.
