Arrived at 7.30 am in the morning for Medical Check-Up (24/03/2026). My experience : (context : MCU being done 1 day after public holiday) queuing for registration (1 hour), queuing for compulsory nurse consultation (2 hours), queuing for payment (20 min), queuing for health screening (1.5 hours) All procedures finished at 15.30 pm. MedCheck Report and Consultation : day after. My verdict: For the hospital : The hospital needs to devise a contigency plan on how to handle large influx of patients for medical check-up especially after public holidays, the waiting time was quite long and tiresome. Please identify your operational bottleneck that causes customer pain points and adjust accordingly. For the doctors : Dr Chan Mei Wai examined our MedCheck Report. She explained things clearly and in a way that does not cause you stress. She also ensured a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere so I felt at ease during the consultation. Thank you Dr. Chen and nurse. We also had an appointment with Dr Victor Ooi Keat Jin (ENT). He was very thorough in examining and explaining our problems. You can tell that he is knowledgeable.Soy we felt confident with his diagnosis and solutions. All nurses in the room were also very professional, they are good at their job. Thank you Dr Victor Ooi and nurses.

First time I came to this hospital to bring my parent for medical check up. I was suprised because i found that so many indonesian people came to this hospital. My first impression about this hospital was good at service. Nurse and doctors are professional. I also did medical check up, i went to ENT specialist, I remember the doctor was very professional and very kind. His name is dr victor. He gave a clear explanation about my disease. But at the end doctor recommend me to have a surgery. That was my first time surgery abroad. I remember that day was friday, i already prepare myself in the morning, i have been in regular room at that morning, the nurse take me to surgery room at 11 am, and then after moving to surgery room i have to wait about 3 hours before i got anesthessia. I realized and woke up at 5pm. So I spent a day for polip surgery. Overall i was satisfied with the service, but sometimes we need to wait for a long time, like in registrassion, waiting for medicine or even in the cashier. But there is an event where i should deposit my money before surgery, and after surgery the hospital paid back by my debit card, but the money didn't automatically transferred to my bank account. After i came back to indonesia i made a report to the bank and i have to wait for several days about 3 weeks to get my money back.
