Throughout my hospital admission, I had a very positive experience. From the Emergency Department to Room 583 (2-bedded room) and later Ward 7B, Room 765, all staff were professional, caring, and friendly. They explained procedures, safety precautions, and medications clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Thank you to Dr. Lee Choon Kin for his clear explanations, patience, and professionalism. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the food was hygienic and delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provided and would highly recommend this hospital. The security staff were also helpful and courteous, especially in assisting my parents with directions to the parking area.
