I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rahimah from the ENT department. She treats both my son and me with kindness, making us feel like part of her family. Her Clinic Assistant, Atikah, is also very helpful and always available when we need her. However, I’m disappointed with the hospital’s marketing team. I registered my son under Dr. Little months ago but still haven’t received any updates. I also inquired about benefits during his admission, but there’s been no response. This lack of communication has been frustrating.
