    Highly recommended! I am truly very satisfied with Dr. Rahimah. My child, Airis, underwent surgery for the sinuses, tonsils, and ears under her care at Pantai Hospital. From the very first consultation, Dr. Rahimah was very friendly, gentle, and patient in answering all our questions. All explanations were given clearly, which made us, as parents, feel very confident and at ease. Praise be to God, the surgery went smoothly, and Airis's recovery process was also very good. Dr. Rahimah truly appears to be a very experienced, meticulous doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. Not only is she excellent at treatment, but her way of interacting with patients also made us feel comfortable. Thank you very much, Dr. Rahimah, for all your best services and care. May Allah always bless you and make your affairs easy. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rahimah to family members and friends who need an ENT doctor.

    Very satisfied after meeting with Dr. Rahimah, an ENT specialist. Very good and thorough explanation. The operation went smoothly and the follow-up treatment was very cool. Dr. Rahimah was very friendly. My problem was solved after meeting with Dr. Rahimah. Alhamdulillah.

    I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Rahimah from the ENT department. She treats both my son and me with kindness, making us feel like part of her family. Her Clinic Assistant, Atikah, is also very helpful and always available when we need her. However, I’m disappointed with the hospital’s marketing team. I registered my son under Dr. Little months ago but still haven’t received any updates. I also inquired about benefits during his admission, but there’s been no response. This lack of communication has been frustrating.

    Thank you to Dr. Rahimah and CA. Atiqah for providing the experience of getting the BEST treatment services. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and help solve problems. PHLM not only provides a beautiful hospital but all the staff are beautiful and polite. Forget for a moment that we are sick. Relax......TQ PHLM!
