Dr Sandev stands out as an unintimidating professional who calmly puts his patient at ease. Friendly, warm-hearted and caring doctor. I had a horrifying phobia towards endoscopy and gastroscopy since the early 90s, and have avoided both throughout my life. Dr Sandev performed both procedures on me (Oct 2020) without me feeling afraid at all. So professionally managed and executed. It even ended up with me busily “promoting” it to my friends who haven’t gone through both procedures before😇. To anyone with gastro issues, I strongly suggest they have a chat with Dr Sandev👍

I was introduced to Thomson by my daughter, an ex-employee.I was having some gastro problem and I asked if she knew anyone. She referred me to Dr Hadi Head of E & TM.Met him at an appointed date.This guy was humble and down to earth.We chatted in his room.Poured out the problems I was facing.Best part we communicated in our kampong lingo ie Penang.He's from the Island, and I, on the Mainland.For my gastro, he mentioned Dr Sandev Singh.I left and came back on another date.This time for proper admission. But before that, in ED, I met Dr Sandev.He introduced himself as the 'Stomach Doctor' . I was impressed.Such a jovial guy.We clicked.He then explained to me the do's and don't(s) & what needed to be done.I was ok with it.The next day he performed the Colonscopy.After the procedures I was wheeled out.He approached me while I was still in a daze.He said all good.A week later, I came back for a follow-up appointment.In his room we had a long chat, more on other issues which were quite fruitful and entertaining.It was a good meet and we clicked well.I found out that he too, is from Penang and of course, Penang food took up the bulk of our chat. Again, he said the diagnosis is all good.He gave some medicines and told me I can come back for a follow-up if I find it necessary.I must say he is a nice and jovial guy.He knows his stuff and I will definitely recommend him to anyone having stomach problems.

I was unsure which doctor to choose, and ended up picking Dr. Sandev randomly. I’m so glad i did! From the start, he was so welcoming, kind and patient. He never rushed and took the time to listen to my concerns, which helped me feel like i was in good hands. I had both colonoscopy and endoscopy for the 1st time and i couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism i received. The procedure went smoothly and i dont feel any pain. If you’re looking for a Dr. who is both skilled and compassionate, i highly recommend him. Hi Dr. if u read this, pls continue to be the wonderful person u are. I went in with severe gastric issues, hiccups, diarrhea, and a bloated stomach. Dr. Sandev suggested an endoscopy, which revealed that I had H. pylori and an ulcer. I sought treatment at the right time, and Dr. Sandev provided excellent care. I am now recovering well with the medication and dietary recommendations he gave me. I would highly recommend Dr. Sandev to anyone experiencing stomach-related issues. ❤️
