A heartfelt thank yous to the team at KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital; in particular Datin Dr Lilian George, Miss Thira, and the maternity ward team ❤️ —————————————— I can’t believe it took me two months to write this, but I guess that’s what happens when you become first-time parents 😅 We were looking for the place to deliver our first child after a 7-year wait. This was sometime in late 2025. We called and visited several hospitals, and when we contacted KPJ Klang, we were directed to Dr Lilian’s office. I remember her staff, Miss Thira, telling us, “Come and see her, you will understand….” This was after a very frustrating (infuriating) experience with this one Dr Jumeah of Avisena Shah Alam (go try check her out), so we were understandably a bit sceptical of these ‘specialists’. The rest, as they say, is history. From that first visit, we had nothing short of a wonderful experience with these two amazing ladies; Dr Lilian and Miss Thira. They truly felt like heaven-sent❤️ The check-in process was pleasant, and the experience all the way to the OT was memorable for me. I cannot recall all the names; the anesthesiologist, the OT team, and of course the nurses in the maternity ward (I can only remember one name, Miss Shaza, I think). All of them were truly angels. Thank you 3000x from the bottom of our hearts for giving my wife such a pleasant experience delivering our first child 🙏🏼❤️ P.S. Our short stay wasn’t completely perfect, but the people there, especially those mentioned are the ones who made it truly worthwhile. The management must be doing something right here. If I may offer a small suggestion, it would be regarding the ward facilities, particularly the bathroom. Providing bath towels and floor mats could further improve patient safety.

Never regretted having my planned C-section under Dr Datin Lilian’s care. Everything was clearly explained, including what I would be going through, especially since I had a traumatic birth experience with my first delivery at another hospital. Truly grateful to Dr Datin Lilian for her reassurance and professionalism. Not forgetting the OT team and the anaesthetic doctor (apologies for not remembering her name) — she was very friendly and explained everything clearly as well. Well done to the entire team. Big applause to all the maternity ward nurses too — thank you for the excellent care.

Gave birth to my 2nd child in KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital (Award winning for Best Maternity Hospital) on 10 July 2024 with variety of facilities and affordable delivery packages. Pantang food served were delicious and the one-bedded maternity ward (Room 311) was pleasant and spacious with cute decorative wall. Special thanks to Datin Dr Lilian George for the pre and post natal care treatment. Had 3 times induce and went for c-section but it was very calm, less pain and easy birth, Alhamdulillah. Thank you to maternity, paed and OT staff nurse especially to Mrs.Syai and Mrs.Izura-very professional and caring. All the nurses were helpful at all times, sharing tips for mom & baby. Lastly, thank you to Dr. Rosni for my newborn under special care treatment. Discharge on July 16. Thank you for the freebies. Recovery process went well and one happy glowing mommy here. First-time admission under Dr. Jamuna and Datin Dr. Lilian. I liked how both doctors explained the patient's condition and treatment. It was easy to understand and very clear. Premier ward nursing service 👍🏻👍🏻. Also, thanks to the physiotherapy staff who visited 🩶✨✨.
