I recently underwent a minor procedure excision of a cyst from the right side of my neck under local anaesthetic performed by Dr. Jeffrey Chan Chee Yean from the Plastic and Reconstructive Department. From start to finish, Dr. Jeffrey was incredibly professional and reassuring. He took the time to clearly explain the entire procedure, what to expect, and answered all my questions patiently, which really helped to ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was completely painless and carried out with great care and precision.
