I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery. Today marks day 10 post-operation, which was performed by Dr. Khizuan Abdul Kadir. From the very beginning, his clear and thorough explanations eased my concerns and made me feel more comfortable about the procedure. His effective communication truly stood out to me. Additionally, the professionalism and compassion displayed by the entire team, especially Dr. Khizuan, made a significant difference in my experience. I felt valued and supported throughout my time in the hospital. Everything was excellent. The food for patients was fantastic and incredibly tasty. I enjoyed it so much, especially evethough the plain porridge was so yummy and which was enhanced by delicious condiments and sides. I truly appreciated the attentive care I received during my stay and recovery from Dr. Khizuan and the team. I must also thank the surgical ward team, particularly Nurse named Ain on Level 4 Surgical Ward. I still remember calling for help around almost 2 a.m.; Nurse Ain attended to me with care and a smile. I was in a lot of pain at that time, and she brought me an ice pack and ice water, which helped immensely. Nurse in the clinic assistant Dr Khizuan also help me a lot, I think her name Thaqinah (sorry if I put wrong name) Thank you so much. The support from everyone at An Nur Specialist Hospital was invaluable and greatly contributed to my healing process. In the operating room before the procedure, Dr. Khizuan and the team recited a du’a, which made me feel emotional, terharu, sebak yet confident about going through the process. I can confidently say that Dr. Khizuan Abdul Kadir is the best ENT specialist. He is kind, professional, dedicated, polite, and truly cares about his patients. He listens and is very responsive to all my concerns and questions. Thank you, Dr. Khizuan. I feel like I have a new nose and a renewed life with improved breathing. :). Best service, fast & friendly. My wife gave birth here before, our child also had a minor operation here, and this time it was my turn for a minor operation. Thank you to the Annur Bangi team, especially Dr. Khizuan (ENT specialist... very friendly & explains every issue in detail, even drawing diagrams + showing videos), Dr. Normah (anesthesiologist, very amiable... while chatting, before I knew it, I was awake and the operation was over), the Annur nurses, and the support staff, all of whom were very polite and treated me well. What's good here is that every time the prayer time enters, there's an 'azan' (call to prayer) in the hospital and congregational prayers at the musolla (prayer room). It's just that at that time, I had just finished my operation, so I had to pray on the bed. A male nurse helped me perform 'wudhu' (ablution) and turned the bed towards the 'qiblat' (direction of prayer). Prayer cannot be missed, no matter how sick you are, you must pray because Allah has given concessions ☺️ Only the Wi-Fi was a bit lacking, the signal was quite weak & sometimes disconnected. Everything else, thank God, was the best. Overall good job Hospital Annur Bangi, may you continue to be blessed & prosperous.

Hi. I did my minor surgery - tonsillectomy with Dr Khizuan. He is a very great doctor. Easy to communicate and his explanation about my procedure was so thorough. Not to mention all the hospital staff that involved during my surgery, they were so supportive and friendly. All I can say is the process from the 1st check up, during surgery until discharge process, all went smoothly. Very recommended 👍. Praise be to God. I have completed my FESS surgery with Dr. Khizuan. The clinic's service, explanations, and the process were excellent from Dr. Khizuan.
