I decided to just do my follow-ups here for it being closed to my house and the hospitality provided by Dr Ainon Mokhtar, Rheumatologist. It is very important to have a Rheumatologist who is expert in complex diseases and ‘willing to listen’ to patients. Dr Ainon is the doctor thus far. She takes her time explaining the conditions to me, discuss treatment plan and make informed decision before starting treatment plan, I feel so comfortable with her professionalism & approach. All 5-star to Dr Ainon and to all the doctors referred by her namely Dr Norazah Abdul Rahman (paling happening), Dr Loh Pei Kee, Dr Abdul Fattah, all imaging staffs are wonderfully friendly too! I was warded for a week due to Influenza A and had a great recovery during the time I was warded. Nurses and doctor Dr.Ainon are great and very helpful, they explain everything(include treatments,medication etc). During follow up check up appointment, Joyce, Jamaliah and other staff/nurses also very helpful and process was smoothly. Finance staff also very helpful during discharged and follow up check up. Excellent hospital! Excellent surgeons- Dr george in particular - very courteous/ kind/ took the time to explain everything to my son. Other excellent doctors: Dr Ainon (medicine), Anaes Dr Sakun, Dr Satesh (ED). All ED, OT and ward nurses , MA’s and down to the cleaning and catering staff. Really provided excellent care. Thanks a lot for taking such good care of our son when he was admitted over the last few days. 🙏🙏

I went for a health screening on 21/10 nd overall it was a really pleasant experience. The place looks great clean, calm and nicely designed. The whole process was smooth the staff were super friendly and Dr Ainon explained everything clearly without rushing. Their refreshments provided was simple and healthy. The only small downside was the wait for the final report which took a bit longer since it was during the staff’s lunch break. But other than that, everything else was spot on
