I still remember him gently reminding the OT staff, “Gentle ya,” and frequently checking on me with reassuring words such as, “Puan selesa tak?” and “Puan, jarum ni tajam sikit.” These small gestures reflected a level of empathy and compassion that made a significant difference to my experience. . I was also deeply touched when the nursing staff encountered some difficulty inserting the branula. Rather than simply leaving it to others, Dr. Fikri stepped in personally to help.
