My child was involved in a road traffic accident and had intracranial bleeding. They received treatment at a government hospital for 19 days, including being placed in an induced coma. After treatment, my child was discharged in a weak condition, requiring feeding via a nasogastric tube and having a tracheostomy. Due to my child's severe coughing during phlegm suctioning, which sometimes resulted in bleeding, I decided to contact the hospital and spoke with Nurse Fea and Dr. Fikri. Ultimately, my child was admitted to the ward and received excellent care from the doctor. My child's condition has improved, although they are still paralyzed on the right side due to scarring on the head from the accident. Currently, my child can speak and eat normally. I had a pituitary tumor removal surgery on 27/7/25, under Doctor Fikri. The best experience i had at a private hospital. I have been to more than 5 private hospitals, but AHAS is by far the most comfortable, the most friendly with the best management of all. Doctor Fikri is very attentive and very patient in explaining my condition and he even did the branula insertion on me by himself (you will never get this kind of treatment in other private hospital 😅). He is very soft-spoken and make me very comfortable during every visit. His assistant, Kak Fea is also very friendly and easy for me to deal with every time i cancel or could not make it for any appointment. Thank you for the pleasant experience despite the circumstances i had to go through. Overall, 5 stars and beyond for experience, comfort and hospitality.
