I had a wonderful experience in Pantai Hospital Melaka recently. Thanks alot for the doctors, nurses and the crew members of Pantai Hospital Melaka. 1. The clinic nurse Irene was very kind, polite and helpful upon my consultation to see the doctor for the first time. Had a kind gesture from her throughout my visit till my last follow up. 2. Dr Naidu, one of the best orthopedic specialist I have ever met. I had an implant on my foot a year ago but there were no proper recovery and i couldnt walk properly for a year. I have met few doctors, in Penang and KL, all gave an excuse that I am perfectly alright and there are no further treatment required. Thankfully I decided to consult Dr Naidu, I found him through google in Pantai website. Upon consulting him, he briefly advice me on the possibilities and agreed to remove my implant which might be the cause for the pain. It was super fast, within a week the operation was done. Finally i get back to walk like normal again. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr Naidu who made me a normal person again. I owe you doctor. 3. The nurses in the ward 4C and Operation theatre crew members were very kind, helpful and attentive. They treated me well, after my surgery i was not able to walk and they really helped me throught my stay there. Thanks to all of them. 4. The service crew from the security and customer service crew who helped me to push my wheelchair as I came alone throughout my treatment there till the trainee nurses who helped me through from discharge to the exit by carrying my belongings and pushing my wheelchair. 5. To my surpise the charges here we so less compared to my previous stay in another hospital. No unnecessary charges incurred, all the rates were cheaper and the hospital as well as the doctors never keen to make money out of the patients which amazed me the most. The cheapest ever i paid in my life for a hospital expenses. 6. Only thing that need an improvement is the patients food not so nice but its still ok. Overall I had a wonderful experience and best customer service from this hospital. Thanks to the team, especially Dr Naidu and Ms Irene his assistant, and all the nurses and staffs who treated me well. Appreciate it alot. Those who read some bad reviews here, please dont trust blindly, I think twice as well before coming here but the reality is the service was superb. You may never know, if you never try. People might have bad day but that doesnt mean its all true till you experience it yourself. Bravo team, thanks alot for having me.

Special Thanks to Dr Naidu for his Excellent orthopedic skill which is very professional and very detail surgery, fast and very efficient. All the stuff nurses and physiotherapist are super fantastic, they are so helpful and kind. Special thanks to all the stuff such as sister Amelia and customer relations Sharon and nurse Norpaizah, Filza, ilza, Anizan and others. The food is very balance and suitable for me.
