-I had a very pleasant experience at this hospital. met with the dr shukra and dr azlida and the consultation was excellent , very clear, detailed, and easy to understand. It was truly a great experience with the doctors. -The staff who handled the arrangements were also very helpful. Met with Wan , which is the customer service, was very friendly, professional, and guided us well throughout the process and answered all of the questions from us very well . -nurses were kind and approachable, and they explained everything clearly while taking good care of us. -services and facilities were top-notch, A+ and everything was very fast and smooth compared to other hospitals . On top of that, the food provided here was also delicious.

Alhamdulillah, it has been one month since my cholecystectomy, and I am recovering well. I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received at this hospital. From admission to recovery, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine compassion. Each procedure was clearly explained, giving my family and me confidence and reassurance. I am very satisfied with the service at Aurelius Hospital, Pahang. I was previously admitted to the ward and also had an appointment with Dr. Azlida, who was very kind and clearly explained the treatment. Thank you to Mr. Wan from Customer Service who was very helpful in escorting me to the appointment counter. The waiting area was comfortable and water and biscuits were provided. Highly recommended.
