The overall experience was excellent, with outstanding service throughout our stay. The nurses were very kind, gentle, and attentive, always providing reassurance and care. The food was delicious, and the calm, well-organized environment helped me feel relaxed and at ease, even though I was actually in pain. On the last day of our stay, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful fresh flower from Flora d’Andorra, which was a very thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. This journey was also an unforgettable and deeply meaningful experience for my husband. He was given the rare opportunity to accompany me and witness the Caesarean section live. Wearing the “Husband on Duty” attire, he was able to fully support me and carry out his role as a devoted husband. He also had the honour of cutting our baby’s umbilical cord, performing the iqamah, and doing tahnik for our newborn. Those moments are truly priceless and will remain in our hearts forever. We are also very grateful to Dr. Khamsiah, Dr. Asilah and staff nurses who successfully performed the operation with great professionalism and care. We truly appreciate that the doctor and all the nurses involved were female, ensuring that aurah was well preserved at all times. This gave us great peace of mind and comfort. Overall, it was a positive, well-supported, and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent services by all staff in each departments. You will feel like resting peacefully at your home. They all very friendly. I lost my baby during 17w pregnancy. Dr Haliza deliver the bad news in very positive way. I had very calm & smooth delivery, then went to OT for D&C procedure. Dr Asilah & team will cheer you up, no time to feel nervous. Room & foods are beyond ur expectations.Definitely will come back! Thank you everyone!

Had a great experience at Andorra Hospital welcoming my first baby. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ridzuan and Dr. Aini for taking such great care of me throughout my pregnancy, from my appointments all the way to my postpartum follow-ups. They were always friendly, informative, and incredibly patient, especially during labour. A special thank you to Dr. Asilah for administering my epidural. it made my labour so much easier and almost painless. It truly made the whole experience far less traumatic for me. ❤️ Kudos to all the nurses and staff as well. Everyone was so kind, caring, and attentive, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. It honestly felt more like a mini staycation than a hospital admission. The food was marvelous too! Thank you, Andorra Hospital, for making such an important milestone in my life a positive and memorable experience.

Gave birth to my second child at Andorra. Dr Haliza was amazing - guided and encouraged me throughout my pregnancy. Stitches was done well and dried up fast thanks so much to Dr Haliza for guiding me on how to treat the wound area. Never got same experience for first child delivered elsewhere as a result wound got infected. Dr Noor Asilah anesthetic's treatment was painless before delivery, was so scared of anesthetic needle but with her it was pleasant. Pn Saadah breastfeeding consultant nurse teaches very well, came in daily during stay to teach. Im a proud full breastfeeding mum thanks so much to pn saadah. Nurses 5 stars to them, work round the clock efficiently, entertaining our countless calls. As for the room, it was okay, one bedroom, small room. Food was nice however timing was not regular.

Alhamdulillah. Successfully delivered 3 children in the same place here. Thank you to Dr. Khamsiah. Sincerely appreciate her advice, prayers, and help during my journey. Dr. Noor Asilah is top for epidural.
