I had an excellent experience at this Sunway Velocity Medical Center. Dr. Henning Loo Cheng Kien is highly professional and knowledgeable, and the treatment was very effective. The service was top-notch, and the nurses were incredibly attentive and caring. I felt well-supported throughout my recovery. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Henning Loo Cheng Kien during my dengue fever hospitalization. He was very attentive, patient, and took the time to explain my condition clearly, which gave me a lot of reassurance. His professionalism and care made a stressful time much easier. Ms Maria also did a great job in following up on my appointment revisit. And surprisingly, the hospital porridge was quite tasty too!🤭

On 16th march 2026 i was in the emergency ward for some medical issues. From the concierge, through the entire process, i encountered very friendly staff. They were very professional, open and very very friendly, alleviating greatly my anxiety in such circumstances.
