In my and my family's opinion, this hospital is the best hospital in Malaysia. The equipment is modern and complete. The doctors are experienced in their fields and very friendly to patients. The nurses are also all friendly. We feel like we are going on a leisure trip to a mall when we seek treatment here, as the hospital's design resembles a mall, which makes us feel less fearful and allows us to enjoy the atmosphere. The treatment costs are also within a reasonable price range. We sought treatment at this hospital for lymphoma cancer, which was handled very professionally by Dr. Henning Loo Cheng Kien. Dr. Henning always patiently made time to communicate with us, making us feel like family. The nurses were also professional and patient. From the front desk to the ward and daycare, all services were excellent. We are very grateful and have been greatly helped in the treatment of my wife's illness. We hope Sunway Medical Hospital can be present everywhere to serve the health needs of all communities, so that everyone can be helped and recover from their illnesses. Amen.

I have been receiving treatment at Sunway Medical Center Subang Jaya for the past 2 years, since 2023. I have been in remission for the past year, but I still receive ongoing care from Dr. Henning Loo, who is very caring and an expert in my condition, Lymphoma Cancer. Throughout my treatment, I have always been well-served by the IPC (Indonesian Patient Center), especially Nurse Irene Chong, who has always patiently attended to my suggestions and complaints. This hospital is large, with complete and modern equipment. There are also many doctors.

Nurse Maria deserves special mention as well—she is attentive, gentle, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure comfort and smooth coordination throughout the process. My hubby was 1st stem cell transplant patient in SMVC.Thank you Dr. Henning Loo,nurses, dietitian,cleaner lady and the FNB chef that provides us a wonderful stay in 3 weeks stay in this hospital.They monitor him 24hrs/day.They really try their best and willing to hear what patient's needs.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Henning Loo Cheng Kien during my dengue fever hospitalization. He was very attentive, patient, and took the time to explain my condition clearly, which gave me a lot of reassurance. His professionalism and care made a stressful time much easier. Ms Maria also did a great job in following up on my appointment revisit. And surprisingly, the hospital porridge was quite tasty too!🤭
