Last night I felt very unwell. My appointment with Dr. Chan has not arrived yet. Miss Tay, Kak Shazwin, and Kak Ummi allowed me to return to the hospital to see Dr. PA Dr. Chan. Miss Tay and clinic assistants Kak Shazwin and Ummi provided me with the best service even though it was a very busy Saturday. Thank you, Dr. Chan's team. Thank you also to Dr. Lim, who is professional, kind, patient, and generous. To Dr. Lim's team, I hope there will be improvements and the best service for all patients. The Google review I gave the other day was a lesson for Liyana and PA Linda. For management, I hope monitoring and care for all KPJ staff are very important so that rudeness and disrespect towards all patients do not happen again. If you feel staff are not following instructions, please dismiss them immediately without giving them another chance. Because even government hospitals are now providing the best service to every patient.
