From the receptionist to the nurse, everyone was welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed. I always feel valued and cared here..Dato Dr Hj Mohd Solahuddin Kenali which I know from year 2000 till now is very friendly and very helpful including his clinic receptionist Ms Punitha..Well done n all the best

Service superb especially from ENT Clinic which Dato' Dr. Solah

I went to see ENT specialist Dr Solah because i had ear problems before. The receptionist welcomed us warmly, and the wait wasn't all too long either and when i did see the doctor, he did a thorough examination including having a scope thing into my ear canal and was able to identify the problem. While i did eventually performed a surgery years later in another hospital, but the service from Tawakkal was really great.!

Good Service by Dr. Salahuddin

I have had three experiences at this hospital. The first time the accident was referred to Dr. Zul, who was very friendly and welcoming to us husband and wife. When we arrived at the emergency department, we were both taken for an x-ray. Everything was quick until we were placed in the ward. I was also treated by Dato Dr. Solahuddin, an ENT specialist, who was also equally friendly and welcoming. The nurses were all okay. If you need anything, just press the button and they will come straight away. For me, sometimes there is a little delay here and there, it is normal. If we can be patient and wait a long time to get the things we like or queue for a long time to get tickets to watch football, it won't be 2 hours. I can't wait to wait for myself at the hospital. If you think a family member or anyone who needs to hurry up, you can meet with a consultant there, talk to them nicely, maybe they will be considered. You know, everyone who comes also takes their turn, right? Anyway, 5***** for the hospital. This is because I had a good experience here.
