My entire experience, from the beginning to the very end, was great . The operations went smoothly under hands of Dr Solahuddin as well as Anaesthetist , OT staff are helpful . A heartfelt thank you to the whole staff of Ward Jasmine Level 11 , including the ward manager, staff nurses, students, and PCA. I have been a patient at KPJ Tawakkal since 2023, from being newly married to now having a baby. My experience has been positive overall. I had sinus surgery, and my husband had a tonsillectomy in 2023, both performed by Dr. Solah, who is a meticulous and highly skilled ENT specialist. We’ve also had a few hospital admissions in 2024, and most recently, my son was admitted due to a bacterial infection. Dr. Syed, the pediatrician, has been exceptional — very professional, attentive, and great with children. The doctors and nurses are generally excellent, but the staff handling food delivery and trash collection could improve their etiquette. They often open doors abruptly and speak loudly, which can be disruptive, especially for resting patients and sick children. Despite this, I would rate KPJ Tawakkal 4.5/5 for its quality care and skilled specialists.

been here for Septoplasty and Tonsillectomy with Dr Solahuddin and it changed my life for the better. really thankful to Dr Solah and his team for his consultation and care throughout the journey. went here again for pneumonia unfortunately and it was a pleasant stay - the staff were really fast, attentive and friendly and took care to explain any enquiries i had (Camelia Ward). Had a great experience with Dr. Elina (Physio) who helped me with my respiratory physio which improved and hasten my recovery and breathing. overall, felt really cared for here👍

I went to see ENT specialist Dr Solah because i had ear problems before. The receptionist welcomed us warmly, and the wait wasn't all too long either and when i did see the doctor, he did a thorough examination including having a scope thing into my ear canal and was able to identify the problem. While i did eventually performed a surgery years later in another hospital, but the service from Tawakkal was really great.!

I have had three experiences at this hospital. The first time the accident was referred to Dr. Zul, who was very friendly and welcoming to us husband and wife. When we arrived at the emergency department, we were both taken for an x-ray. Everything was quick until we were placed in the ward. I was also treated by Dato Dr. Solahuddin, an ENT specialist, who was also equally friendly and welcoming. The nurses were all okay. If you need anything, just press the button and they will come straight away. For me, sometimes there is a little delay here and there, it is normal. If we can be patient and wait a long time to get the things we like or queue for a long time to get tickets to watch football, it won't be 2 hours. I can't wait to wait for myself at the hospital. If you think a family member or anyone who needs to hurry up, you can meet with a consultant there, talk to them nicely, maybe they will be considered. You know, everyone who comes also takes their turn, right? Anyway, 5***** for the hospital. This is because I had a good experience here.
