I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dato’ Dr. Tharumaraja and all the nurses at Flora Ward for the excellent care and treatment I received during my 5-day stay, from 30 January 2026 until 3 February 2026. Your dedication, patience, and professionalism truly meant a lot to me and greatly helped in my recovery. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the physiotherapy team, especially Physiotherapist Kak Iffah, who has always been very kind, friendly, and caring towards patients. She provided me with a lot of helpful guidance, such as exercises to do, how to get up from the bed properly, and many other useful tips that really helped with my recovery process. Thank you so much, Kak Iffah, for all your help and support. I still get to see her until now as I continue my physiotherapy follow-up sessions. Hehe. Once again, thank you to everyone involved for the wonderful care and kindness. I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me.

We’re incredibly grateful to Dato’ Dr. Tharu for the exceptional care he gave our 1-year-old baby. He was extremely caring, explained the surgery clearly, and took time to answer all our questions. His attention to detail, especially with the stitching, was remarkable. The surgery went smoothly, and the recovery was better than we expected. My baby is very active and tend to loosen his own bandage. Dato has been putting effort in thinking a way on bandage himwell so it can last until next follow up. Truly a skilled and compassionate doctor — we couldn’t have asked for better care.

My Heartfelt Thank You to KPJ Penang I recently spent three days at KPJ Penang under the expert care of Dato’ Dr. Tharumarajah, and I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the entire team for making my hospitalization experience smooth and comforting from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Puan Rohana, the clinic assistant, ensured the registration process was seamless and stress-free. I was later accompanied to the Radiology Department by Atiqah, whose kindness made the journey to the X-ray procedure less daunting. My gratitude also goes to the senior radiographer in the Radiology Department. Her calm demeanor and professionalism during the X-ray session were deeply reassuring. During my stay in the ward, I was truly touched by the attentive and compassionate care shown by Unit Manager Sara and her dedicated team of nurses Ummi, Bazilah, Wani, Nabilah, and others. I vividly remember feeling dizzy one morning, and each of them came in personally to check on me. It’s moments like these that show #CareForLife is more than just a slogan . It is a lived value at KPJ Penang. I am also thankful to the physiotherapist, Nurshahirah. I appreciated her thoughtful and patient-centered approach. She clearly explained the risk factors contributing to my pain, along with the three modes of treatment I received and how each one helped ease my symptoms. Despite attending to many patients, her care was never compromised. To make the stay even more meaningful, I was pleasantly surprised by a visit from Chief Nursing Officer Puan Hamiza and the Deputy CNO. Their presence truly uplifted my spirits and reflected the hospital’s culture of care and leadership. Once again, thank you to everyone at KPJ Penang. Your professionalism, warmth, and dedication have left a lasting impression. Well done! 😊
