Dr. Andrew explained my condition very clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. CSA Raj was very helpful and managed to calm me down when I was unwell. For Question 2, CSA Raj also provided a clear and easy-to-understand explanation. Furthermore, nurses Usha, Nancy, and Aishah were very kind, friendly, and professional in carrying out their duties. The service provided was very satisfactory and made me feel comfortable and confident.

Good service from Ward 1 staff, quick to act when called. Dr. Andrew provided a good explanation. Izzat from customer service also visited and inquired about my well-being. Overall, good.
