      I am satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Mohammad Arif Shahar. During my treatment, I have never encountered a doctor who would get up from his chair when a patient first enters and after receiving treatment in his room. The health tips he gives are also easy for us patients to follow. The hospital's service is also excellent. If I were to compare KPJ Ampang with KPJ Tawakkal, I am more satisfied with the treatment and care from the nurses and doctors at Tawakkal Hospital.

      Staff are friendly especially puan zaliha from dr. Arif clinic. Dr. Arif shahar is an excellent doctor who help me reduce my weight and also my glucose reading. Appreciate that.. good job!!!!!

      All the staff at Camelia are supportive, and Dr. Arif is also supportive. Thank you for taking care of me during my stay at KPJ. Keep up the good work.

      Alhamdulillah, the blossom ward, room 1009, is very comfortable, clean, has entertainment, Netflix, YouTube. The nurses are also good. The toilet is big and comfortable. Big thanks to Dr Safa and Dr Arif who monitored my health throughout my warding at KPJ Tawakkal. Most importantly, the food here is delicious!
