Dr Arif was very patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment clearly. The nurses at Blossom Ward were also very helpful, caring, and kind throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cleaners did a great job keeping everything tidy and hygienic. In addition, the food service was also good, meals were served on time and well prepared. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided by the whole team. I am satisfied with the service provided by Dr. Mohammad Arif Shahar. During my treatment, I have never encountered a doctor who would get up from his chair when a patient first enters and after receiving treatment in his room. The health tips he gives are also easy for us patients to follow. The hospital's service is also excellent. If I were to compare KPJ Ampang with KPJ Tawakkal, I am more satisfied with the treatment and care from the nurses and doctors at Tawakkal Hospital.
