I had an excellent experience with Dr Sharir Asrul Asnawi for my ENT treatment and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. I was diagnosed with tonsillitis and deviated nasal septum with severe OSA, which initially made me quite anxious about the whole process. From the very first consultation, Dr Sharir stood out as professional, calm and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my condition and the required procedure in a very clear, detailed, and easy to understand way, which immediately put my mind at ease. His explanation wasn’t rushed and he made sure I fully understood every step. This really helped eliminate my fear and worries about undergoing the procedure. The procedure itself went smoothly and successfully. Also the post-treatment care was just as impressive. Dr Sharir took the time to explain the recovery process such as what to expect and how to take care of myself afterward. His reassurance and confidence truly made a huge difference. Came in becoz was confirmed Influenza B positive, received physio as one of the treatment to remove phlegm, Physio Shazana Ruby Ana is nice and friendly to guide me do the breathing. Thank you very much. Jacqueline Tan MD2 99A. Came in Jan 2026 for treating bronchitis. Dr Shantini, Dr Sharir and all the nurses are good and patient.

Md4,room number 95b Doctor shahrir is very professional and explained the required procedure throughly. Ward nurse was helpful as well Shasi is very nice and helpful throughout my admission here. She explained the documents thoroughly and was ready to answer any questions that I pose.

I came to Columbia Asia Setapak for a tonsil surgery and stayed in room 92B. Special thanks to Dr Sharir, Dr Joyce, and the nurses for their excellent care. Everything was good overall. The only downside was the neighbouring room, where the phone volume and voices were quite loud and disruptive.
