I had an excellent experience with Dr. Senthil Raj Retinasekharan (ENT, head & neck surgery) & Dr. Mohd Arif bin Md Bakri (Anaesthesiology). They took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained the diagnosis in a way that was very easy to understand. I never felt rushed during the appoinments. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such high-level expertise with a genuine & caring bedside manner. My son recently underwent an tonsil surgery. And i couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-op follow-up, the entire team made me feel safe & well informed as a mother. Dr. Senthil & Dr. Arif is a true professional. If you’re looking for a specialist who is both skilled and reassuring, this is the place to go. The facilities at Hospital Aurelius are top notch. The environment is clean, modern and well-organized. I was particularly impressed by the nursing staff, they were incredibly attentive and made sure my son was comfortable throughout his stay.
