It was our first time seeing a specialist and going for fertility check, we did not know what to expect. Dr Akmal Hisyam was so nice, gentle and carefully explained to us on things that we needed to know, He was very accommodating and made the session comfortable hopefully we can come to visit again for consultation!

Went to emergency late afternoon because I’m pregnant and was bleeding. They quickly referred me to a specialist (Dr Akmal Hisyam) because my 1st pregnancy was a miscarriage. Dr Akmal was very attentive, addressed my concerns, and very knowledgeable. He did some checks and found out the bleeding is caused by a polyps on my cervix. He checked the fetus and reassured me that the shape of the sac, position of the placenta, wall of the uterus and size of the fetus is all good. After the visit, I still get some spotting, but after the visit with Dr Akmal, I have peace of mind that as long as I have my pregnancy symptoms my baby is ok. Overall, it was a really good 1st experience. The hospital was not as crowded compared to Sunway or KPJ. The registration process was also very fast. Definitely recommended ❤️

My experience at the hospital was truly positive. Dr. Akmal Hisyam was very professional and explained everything in great detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. The staff nurses ( especially all the nurses in gynea clinic and fertiliti unit ) were also very helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit.
