My preferred private hospital for myself and my son. I'm dealing with Dr Farah (O&G) for my TTC, pregnancy and delivery, Dr Melanie (Paed) for my baby, Dr Nurul Yaqeen for prolonged cough, Dr Juani (ENT) for prolonged flu, Dr Tee Teong Jin (Gastro) and Dr Johann (Surgeon) for my gallbladder issues. This is a preferred private hospital for my family. The clinics, wards and emergency are all efficient and professional. Just need improvement on the elevator at Tower B.

My child has been admitted 3 times. The doctors and staff nurses in the ward are all excellent, unlike other hospitals before this, which caused frustration and heartache. Thank you also to the management, Riya and E-ling, who were very concerned about me. When the curtain rail fell and hit my hand, they constantly asked about my condition and immediately arranged for treatment for my hand. Dr. Juani Hayyan Karaf and her nurse provided excellent ENT service, very professional, caring and attentive. The doctor was thorough and kind, while the nurse was extremely helpful throughout the process. The clinic is also well-equipped with advanced and modern tools, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!
