This nurses very polite, carrying, kind & the best part how busy they're still they attend to patient with happy face. Had a fantastic experience with Dr Megat from ENT. He is superb and very patient explaining every tiny little details regarding my condition, medication and treatment given. He s very knowledgable and very experienced doctor. Would definitely come and see him again to get consultation.

I would like to give my recommendation to Dr Cheong Kuan Loong and Dr Megat (ENT) . Dr Cheong made sure I was comfortable throughout my check up and is a very kind dr. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in his hands. The same goes to Dr Megat. Dr Cheong was meticulous and made sure he did thorough checkup before he discharged me. One downside was that I faced an unfortunate situation with my insurance and my interaction with the finance person (Nik NurFazielah) wasn’t so pleasant, but Ahmad Luqman from the finance department was helpful and understanding and helped us through out the process. Discharge and medication process took sometime. I walked in ED at 11 am and was viewed around 1 pm and had to be warded. To get room and board from the ED I had to wait till 8 pm was only able to get my room at 8pm. Nurses were extremely helpful and good would rate all of them 10/10. They were friendly and sweet.
