I went here yesterday because my right ear hasn't been hearing for 30 days, it's just been echoing and buzzing.. Before coming here, I did extensive research and read reviews to find a good clinic that was also within my budget 😅.. So, in conclusion: - The service is indeed fast and efficient. I made an appointment for 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (first come, first served). I arrived at 8:35 AM, and after registering, I was called into the doctor's room before I even had a chance to sit down 😁. - The doctor explained in detail about the ear and what they were going to do. The explanation was gentle and clear 😄. - The treatment took less than 20 minutes. Alhamdulillah, I can hear normally again. I didn't expect it to be so fast 😄. - It's already okay, no follow-up treatment is needed. I can go straight home. No medication is required (oh, but I have to pay first before leaving) 😅. - When it was time to pay, I was a bit nervous, not knowing how much it would be.. When the cashier told me the total amount, I even asked them again if I heard correctly, as it was far beyond my expectations 😁. - I highly recommend everyone to come here. It's very smooth and steady. The doctor and staff are also very friendly!! 🤩
