I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my doctors, Dr. Shantini and Dr. Adznal, and to all the nurses and staff who took care of me throughout my treatment. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness made a difficult time much easier. From reception to the medical team, everyone was attentive, compassionate, and supportive, which made me feel truly cared for and respected. Dr. Shantini and Dr. Adznal explained everything clearly and reassured me with their calm and caring approach. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I am deeply thankful to the entire team. Dr. Adzreil, consultant ENT, Head and Neck Surgeon is truly exceptional. He listened to all my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and explained my treatment plan clearly, making me feel like a person, not just a patient. The staff at Columbia Asia Hospital, Setapak are kind, efficient and professional. From check-in to discharge, everyone made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The nursing staff from level 2 was attentive and the administration process was smooth. The food is good and has multiple choice of menu.
