Dr. Ahmad Saifuddin helped my wife through her IVF treatment with professionalism and empathy. His explanations were very clear, his service was friendly, and his team was very dedicated. I went to Mahkota to find out more about IVF. Thankfully, I met Dr. Ahmad and the kind nursing staff, Nurse Shazira and Nurse Nora. The doctor and nurses were very friendly, explaining the patient's questions in detail, and the nurses did the same. A consultation with the doctor is around RM210. An IVF consultation with a nurse is around RM45.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr Loo Hui Min and NICU nurses for their outstanding care and compassion. During a very difficult time, your professionalism, kindness, and constant support meant everything to us. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby and giving us reassurance when we needed it most. We will always remember your dedication and warmth.
