Met with Dr. Siti Sarah Aishah, a pediatrician, for an assessment of my second child, who was diagnosed with autism in 2024. She was very easy to deal with, immediately provided the JKM form, and the process for obtaining the OKU card was very smooth. The consultation and therapy plan were very well-organized, and I felt very calm discussing my child's future direction. This year, 2026, my second child no longer needs follow-up as there have been so many improvements. Just follow Dr. Sarah's plan. Then, my eldest child was diagnosed with ADHD. Honestly, Dr. Sarah was very helpful in determining the direction. Her demeanor was very friendly, there was no pressure during discussions, and it felt like we had known each other for a long time. So, I highly recommend her to parents concerned about their children. If you notice red flags in your children, bring them to see a pediatrician quickly. She is very helpful for parents who are unsure about the direction for their special needs children.

I brought my 7 yo son to Hospital Islam Az-Zahrah for an assessment with Dr. Siti Sarah to better understand his developmental progress. Alhamdulillah, Dr. Sarah was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. After conducting a thorough assessment, my child was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 1. Dr. Sarah took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis, the next steps we should take, and the support available for our son moving forward. She also guided us on how to register with JKM and also recommended suitable governent schooling options based on our son’s needs. My husband and I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and compassionate approach. I would also like to thank you to the nurses and staff at Hospital Islam Az-Zahrah. Alhamdulillah, our appointment with Dr. Siti Sarah Aishah, Consultant Pediatrician, for our eldest child's neurodevelopmental assessment last March was very helpful to us as parents. Our child was diagnosed with ASD Level 1, and throughout the session with her, we received much guidance, direction, and very clear explanations. Dr. Siti Sarah Aishah also greatly assisted us in understanding the flow and preparations needed for our child to transition to primary school next year. Furthermore, the treatment recommendations for our special child's constipation issue have shown excellent results after following the prescribed treatment. Bismillah, Assalamualaikum. Thank God, Muhd Ammar's screening has just been completed on the advice of the class teacher, who gave a lot of feedback that many children do various things that are not normal at school. Satisfied with the way Dr. Saeah Aisyah from the pediatric clinic at Alzahrah Hospital carefully assessed Ammar and confirmed that Ammar has moderate autism & moderate ADHD. So far, satisfied with the doctor's opinion and we are currently following up on the treatment and will watch Ammar's response for 2 weeks from now. 18/7/2025

I love HiAZ (Islamic Hospital Az Zahrah) services 👍 from the first child to the third child, we are very loyal to HiAZ.
