      I was admitted today at Beacon Hospital for Endoscopy procedure. At first I thought that this Endoscopy procedure would be painful and scary but Dr Loong was such a caring and professional doctor. He managed to calm me down and i am grateful that i didn’t feel any pain at all during the whole procedure. The procedure went so well which was beyond my expectation and i would like to thank Dr Loong for easing my fear. This hospital has a good line-up of medical experts from registration, endoscopy, imaging until discharge. The staffs are friendly and helpful as well. Overall i am satisfied.

      1st of all, thanks to Er team, Dr Fahima and nurses in ER. Imaging staff. Thankyou ward 3B. Sn Niqa, Wafa, Najiha, Fatin, Ira, Asyikin. Ms Linda. Concierge Razman, Fayumi, Izuan. Thankyou Dr Loong and endo team, Dr Fauziah, Dr Azreen. F&B team. You guys did a good job, excellent service.

      Dr Anuradha and Dr Loong are very professional in their medical care & towards my wellbeing. Very much impressed 👍 plus thankfully I've my AIA medical coverage to enjoy such a awesome 👍 hospitality. Food is very tasty and nursing care at Tulip ward is exceptionally awesome as I'm being so well taken care like being with a family,♥️♥️♥️ Credit to the registration team at lobby for their kindness and assistance too. Very good hospital with lots of love 💕💕💕
