The nurse at the scopy ward and multidisciplinary clinic was very nice and friendly. Before the procedure of inserting the needles, the nurse was very careful and kind as I am afraid of this the most. It doesnt hurt by a lot. Dr Mandeep is a very good doctor and attend to my every questions I have before, after and for my follow up. Glad I had done my scopy here. Kudos to all staff and doctors!

Very systematic and organised management. The healthcare staff in Prince Court from doctors to administration staff are very resourceful and professional. I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Mandeep Singh. He was very patient in diagnosing me and as well with advising me on the treatment options. Glad to have experienced pleasant visits in Prince Court.

Overall, the hospital is very good. A special mention goes to Dr Mandeep in the Gastrology Department. He was extremely understanding, patient and knowledgable. Everyone we interacted with in the hospital spoke very good English. A few points for improvement though: A) In the emergency department, we were prescribed medications for 100 Ringgit which the doctor the subsequent day confirmed was not needed. B) The communication within a singular department works very well. However, when being sent between departments, it can be confusing for patients as instructions are often not consistent. C) Reception staff in the emergency department can sometimes be a bit rude or disinterested. The service is still good overall, but can sometimes be quite a contrast to the excellent and polite service from medical staff. D) The wait times are a bit ridiculous at times. After receiving a ticket at the pharmacy and told to wait for the number to be called to collect our medication, we were made to wait over 40 minutes for a single pack of medication. We literally needed just one box of a single medicine.

Last visit: 5/7/2024 Dr Mandeep Singh Awtar Singh (Gastroenterology & Hepatogy) not listening to his patients' conditions. I experienced stomach bloating & discomforts. Became smaller appetite, blood in stool. One day, stomach pain until woke up. The doctor suggested me endoscopy (OGDS+Colonoscopy) for screening and explained why it is needed. Well okay, I accepted it. Until recently I only be informed by my insurance agent that the doctor when applying my GL wrote I don't have any health issues and I myself requested for the endoscopy procedure which results in my GL declination... What was that?? Dr Mandeep...
