Sunway Medical Centre provides a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which made my experience reassuring and relaxing. The food is delicious and well-prepared, and the medical staff are truly excellent — professional, caring, and attentive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care and service provided. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Gan Tong Nee (ENT Surgeon) for her outstanding professionalism and surgical skills. The surgery went extremely smoothly, and I experienced no pain at all after the operation. It was truly amazing, and I am very grateful for her excellent care. I would like to sincerely praise the staff of Tower C - 6C Ward. They are incredibly gentle, patient, caring, and friendly. Their kindness and attentiveness made a difficult time much more comforting. I truly appreciate their dedication and compassion.

To be honest, was a little scared to visit the doctor after reading the reviews. But I still came and visit Dr Gan. On first visit Dr Gan gave me a nasal spray for my sinus issue and recommend me coming back 2 weeks. He also talked about Functional Endocsopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) which can improve the breathing will in turn improve quality of life. Dr Gan like most doctors are busy one and I took my time asking number of questions which he patiently responded to my questions. On second visit, I have decided to give FESS a try after Dr Gan checked that the nasal spray does not improve my nasal. We signed up for an operation the following week. In the operation room, Dr Gan was kind enough to greet me giving me a lot of assurance and confidence in him. Right now I am recovering and I hoping to see an improve quality of life. I noticed on all my encounter, I always see Dr Gan having the biggest smile even tho he has mask on. Thank you Dr Gan for everything you have done.

I was admitted for recurring tonsilitis and want to thank Dr Gan TN and the team at Ward 5A for their warm, professional service and for making my stay comfortable. Their care was attentive and my questions/concerns quickly addressed. Thank you also to the porters who brought me around to the treatment centres, a value added service to help patients move around the many blocks of Sunway Hospital. I was well fed with the generously portioned and nutritious meals too :)
