My child had a serious cough and was admitted for 6 days at Columbia Asia Hospital. I’m incredibly thankful to Dr. Ng Kar Jin for the amazing care. Very gentle, calm, and reassuring—not just to my child, but to us as parents too. The doctor took time to explain everything and ensured my child was comfortable at all times. The treatment worked very well and my child recovered smoothly. Highly recommended pediatrician!

I had a very positive experience at Columbia Asia Hospital - Setapak. From the Emergency Department to the ward staff, even the cleaners—everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Their level of care really made a difference during a stressful time. The admission process did take quite a while, but once we were settled in, everything else was handled smoothly. My child was admitted due to a high fever and was later diagnosed with COVID-19 (which honestly came as quite a surprise 😅). A special mention to Dr. Ng K.J, who treated my daughter, Nadine—truly excellent and very attentive. He also provided the necessary supporting documents promptly, which really helped me with my company submission. I would also like to thank the physiotherapist who attended to Nadine. The suction procedure (for both nose and mouth) and chest physiotherapy sessions were handled with great care and professionalism. It really helped her breathing and comfort during recovery. Not to forget all the MD1 ward staff who took great care of Nadine—administering her medication on time, ensuring meals were delivered promptly, and always checking in on her condition. A big thank you as well to the cleaning staff who maintained the room cleanliness twice daily, which made the environment much more comfortable for us. The food was good as well—ironically, while my child wasn’t eating much, I found myself enjoying the meals more than expected! 😂 This hospital has definitely become my first choice. My husband was previously admitted here for dengue fever, and we had a great experience back then too. That’s actually why we chose to return—and once again, they did not disappoint. Highly recommended for their excellent service and care.

Alhamdulillah, the service at Colombia Asia Hospital is excellent. My ward is MD3, room 85B. The service from Dr. Ng Kar Jin, as well as nurses Rugia, Shally, Ain, Yasmin, Shahrizan, Khawatirin, and Wani, was excellent.
