Dr. Zamzida and Sister Chang are the best. The pain medication is indeed excellent. The nurses on Ward 1 are very good.

I cannot thank Dr. Zamzida Yusoff and Dr. Goh Paik Kee enough for their incredible support during the birth of my daughter (10Nov2025). My plan was for a natural delivery, but when circumstances required an unplanned C-section, I was very fearful. Calming and Reassuring Anesthesiologist - A huge thank you to Dr. Goh Paik Kee, my anesthesiologist. He was exceptionally patient and kind. Before and during the anesthesia, he constantly reassured me, talked me through everything, and did his best to distract and calm me down. His presence made me feel safe during a very anxious time. Skilled and Professional Obstetrician - Dr. Zamzida Yusoff, my obstetrician, was fantastic. She is highly professional and skilled. She performed the C-section expertly and safely delivered my healthy baby girl, weighing 3.56kg and measuring 53cm. I had complete trust in her care. Gratitude to the Nursing Team - I also want to thank the entire nursing team. Their kindness and constant support before, during, and after the surgery were a tremendous comfort. Despite the unexpected change in my birth plan, the combined efforts of Dr. Zamzida, Dr. Goh, and the nurses turned a potentially stressful experience into a positive one. I highly recommend them to any expecting parent.

We are honoured delivering our last baby in KPJ Ipoh hospital. All the staff are genuinely care to the mom and the baby from Admission department, Ward 1 till my discharge day. Warmly thanks to Dr Zamzida who is my excellent gynaecologist together with anaesthetist and all the surgical team came at the middle of morning to perform this memorable operation. Delightful thanks to nurses at Ward 1 that keep my stay for 3 days ease and pleasure with their helpful and compassionate assistance. Big applouse to all the working staffs.
