I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at SJMC for the exceptional care my son received during his recent stay. He was admitted to the pediatric ward for a few days due to a Rotavirus, and we were immediately reassured by the professionalism and compassion of the entire team. Dr. Jenny explained everything patiently, and was incredibly kind and attentive, and the support staff made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Dr. Jenny particularly outstanding! She took the time to answer our questions and made sure our son was comfortable and calm. The hospital was spotless, and communication was clear and reassuring. This was a stressful time for our family, but the team made it so much more manageable. We felt truly cared for, and I’m so grateful for the quality of service we received. I would highly recommend SJMC to any parent in need of pediatric care.

From the moment we stepped in, Dr Chua and Dr Jenny were incredibly professional, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visits. Their dedication and calm approach gave us so much confidence, especially during my wife postnatal period. A special thank you to Ms Lim, the lactation consultant, who guided us with so much patience and encouragement. She helped us understand our baby’s feeding cues, corrected my wife latching technique, and made breastfeeding a lot more manageable. Her advice was practical, gentle, and truly made a difference. Hospital is old but Dr Jenny Tan pedetrician is an absolute darling. She doesnt go the extra mile, she goes extra 10 miles. She answers our calls late at night when there is an emergency and replies whatsapp on inquiries. An absolute gem in the hospital. Salute

I never regret coming here for the baby treatment. SJMC is the best, from doc, nurses, food services and housekeeping, :)
