Had a 3D2N stay in March 2021 at Tung Shin after a cesarean birth. Dr and nurses are friendly, helpful and experienced. When i was in the operating theatre, i can see that the team was working well with each other, and had given me lotsa support and comfort. I was even offered some Chinese herbal drinks that was boiled on the spot which is good for breast milk production after my delivery. As this is my first pregnancy, i do not have much knowledge on breastfeeding. Nurses scheduled a short training to share some knowledge about breastfeeding to me and i was surprised that there is even a breastfeeding support group in Tung Shin that called to check on me and see if I'm doing ok after a month. Specially thanks to Dr Ng, Dr Yap, Mdm Tan, Mdm Wella and all nurses that take good care of me and my baby. Will definitely recommend Tung Shin to others.

We recently welcomed our baby boy at Tung Shin under Dr. Timothy, and I must say the hospitality and professionalism here are truly top-notch. From our monthly consultations right up to delivery, we always felt well taken care of. Dr. Timothy was attentive, patient with our questions, and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He was also very supportive of our decisions, which gave us so much reassurance. The nurses were exceptionally kind and helpful, no matter how many questions we had, they patiently guided and explained everything to us. What touched me most was how warmly they assisted me with cleaning and daily care when I was bedridden after surgery. That level of compassion and attentiveness is something I truly appreciate (and not something I can say about other hospitals I’ve visited). A huge thank you as well to Dr. Yap (anesthesiologist) and the operation team for ensuring I felt comfortable and safe. As this is my first time going through an unexpected surgery, it was extreamly overwhelming, but with their support and guidance, the entire experience turned out to be positive and reassuring. Thank you, Dr. Timothy, Dr. Yap, and the wonderful team of nurses, for making this journey such a smooth and memorable one.
