My newborn son was unwell, and we rushed to the hospital. Dr. Naren took immediate action — checking his oxygen levels and starting oxygen support quickly. Even though our insurance GL wasn’t approved yet, and the hospital hadn’t submitted it, they prioritized my son’s treatment, which we truly appreciate. He was admitted to HDU where the doctors and most nurses took great care of him. The only disappointing part was that the nurses in HDU asked us to handle the "nap gas" part ourselves, which was stressful as new parents. After two days, he was transferred to a single deluxe room. Unfortunately, the service there wasn’t as supportive — we had to get hot water ourselves, and most of the nurses weren’t very friendly, though a few were kind and helpful. Despite that, we are incredibly thankful to Dr. Roliza Ibrahim for her excellent care and dedication. Under her treatment, my son made a full recovery. Thank you, doctor!
