I had a positive experience with Dr. Chan Siew Hong and his assistant, Mdm. Khatijah Taip. Dr. Chan listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions professionally. He explained the treatment in a way I could understand. He also made me feel comfortable and less anxious. The kidney stone removal surgery went well, and I recovered quickly. His assistant was also very attentive and helpful in answering my text messages regarding medical insurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan Siew Hong to anyone seeking a urologist.

i had twice urinary tract infection within just 2 weeks plus.. last i went to KPJ's emergency ( during midnight , coz i was in pain after frequent urinate & the pain of urging to pee) ..the doc want me to come back during morning to pay a visit at the Urology clinic by Dr Chan Siew Hong & advice me to do a scanning. Cause she suspects i might have kidney stone because i experience twice in a short period of time. Early morning with a heavy heart for worrying what might be the cause.. as i never experience such case before & it was also my 1st time visiting Urology clinic . During my register with Dr Chan's assistant Ms Khatijah Taip, she's kind in answering my doubts. After seeing Dr Chan, i went through Ultrasound , CT Scan & urine test done to make sure what's the causes.. Thank God i didn't end up in kidney stone, Dr confirmed me it was UTI all this while & he ask me to followup the next following week for the urine lab result which main bacterial that causes the infection. I was thankful for Dr Chan. He is patient & sincere in answering all my worries. He gave me good consultants. & his cost is reasonable. He want me kept my lab report in case UTI symptoms return back 1 day & couldn't reach to him in time, just go to any clinic by showing them the report as i need the correct antibiotic to cure the infection. Very concerning. We need more doctor like him..specially Urology specialist. Last but not least, thank you Dr Chan & Ms Khatijah Taip. Really recommended.

Dr. Chan Siew Hong is indeed great, guys. Friendly, and also the nurse, Nurse Khatijah, who provided care, and the front desk staff were also very friendly, and it was easy to consult with them, and they were very helpful! Just a small correction, for the inpatient ward, if patients are given medication after surgery, they should also be given food first. This is to prevent gastric asthma from acting up and to prevent the stomach from becoming bloated and gassy!! That's what I experienced yesterday, guys 🙏

I would like to give thanks to Pn. Khatijahtaip (Urology Specialist Clinic) for her exceptional assistance during my visit to Dr. Chan Siew Hong. Both Pn. Khatijahtaip and Dr. Chan were very helpful, kind and friendly. A big thank you also to KPJ team for the outstanding services provided. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency.
