      I was admitted under the care of Dr. Teh Guan Chou due to illness, and I am truly grateful for the smooth and well-managed experience throughout my stay. Dr. Teh and the team of consultants demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. They took the time to explain my condition in a clear and reassuring manner, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during a difficult time. The nurses at B2 were exceptional — consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their dedication did not go unnoticed and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The environment was comfortable, and the room upgrade was very much appreciated. The meals provided were also pleasant and acceptable. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team for delivering excellent service from admission through to discharge. The quality of care and attention to patients truly reflects a high standard of service. Thank you TMC IHH.
