I can’t thankful enough to be here. Alhamdulillah. Thank you so much CH Setapak team for the tremendous service ever. Tbh. This hospital provided the best “sick experienced” and kindness towards me more powerful than any other meds (literally) hahaha and this is not my 1st time here okay? Everything from the registration until the end, i had no issue at all. Waiting time? No biggies, still can tolerate. Because i know im being served by the best team ever. Started when i had my stomachache on 24th Feb, went to 2 different clinic, they refer me to the hospital since the issue didn’t resolved. Then i met the very lovely, Dr Shanthini that suggested my problem should be treated by Dr Naveen. And from there……..i know im in good hands, definitely under the care of wonderful specialist. Dr Naveen and all the nurses (80B Ward) have made sure im well looked after my appendicectomy. Kuddos to Dr Rajeswari as my anes too. The way she comforted me before and after the surgery. So sweet and very motherly. The food team - awesome with lotsa menu and ordering just by using QR code daily. Hassle-free. The server very friendly, on time and food definitely very tasty. ✨✨✨✨✨ Not to forget, to the ladies that behind the scenes, all the aunties/kakaks. Thank you for keeping my space so clean every single day. I really appreciate your hard work. Satisfied with my “short vacay” (26/2-2/3) and really grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. Sharing my great experience with all the staffs of Columbia Asia Setapak that I have met from 13 Feb 2025 to 25 Feb 2025, all the way from ER, registration, ICU & finally ward 93-B. Alhamdulillah, I am so thankful to have met such dedicated personnels who has been helping me in the recovery process and particularly to ICU nurses - Syafinaz, Izzati, Zulaika, Atiqah, Aqilah & Rajes. Physiotherapist who have been helping me everyday - Syaza, Ana & Syazlin, all nurses of MD4 and foremost to all Doctors - Dr. Rajesh, Dr. Sudarwin, Dr. Sathvinder & Dr. Alif who have been keeping up with me during my weakest. I have definitely enjoyed all the delicious & well balanced foods served by it’s cafe. Adding to that, I just want to feedback that I had to wait so long for my discharge despite checking with nurses on the status from time to time which I hope this can be improved in the future. Thank you so much and wishing you all the best in your noble work of healing and caring for others. May your expertise, compassion, and dedication continue to bring comfort and positive outcomes to every patient you encounter. Cheers!

I’m 33 days postpartum today and finally got the chance to leave a review for Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. I had my emergency C-section here under Dr. Nurliyana and overall it was a very good experience. She was attentive and reassuring throughout my pregnancy and surgery. My C-section went smoothly and my wound healed perfectly. Special thanks to my anaesthetist, Dr. Rajeswari, who was very kind and supportive. She stayed beside me throughout the operation, constantly reassuring me until everything was done. I would also like to mention the paediatrician, Dr. Ng Kar Jin, who has taken care of my two older children and now my newborn as well. He is very professional and truly good with children. My baby was warded a few days after birth due to jaundice, and I was allowed to be warded together with my baby so I could continue breastfeeding, which I really appreciated as this hospital is very breastfeeding-friendly. I stayed in a executive suite equipped with a fridge, allowing me to pump and store breast milk. The nursery team was very helpful in assisting with feeding my baby when I needed some rest, which I’m truly thankful for. All staff in the labour room, ward, nursery, and breastfeeding team were kind, caring, and supportive throughout. Thank you to the entire team for making my delivery and postpartum journey smooth and comforting. Highly recommended. 💙

I had the most wonderful experience at Columbia Asia Setapak Hospital, and I cannot recommend it enough! Dr. Suhaimi, the Obstetrician & Gynecologist, is truly exceptional. He made me feel completely at ease throughout my pregnancy and delivery. His attention to detail and caring nature, even after childbirth, was so reassuring. Recently, I had an abscess, and Dr. Suhaimi helped me with that as well, providing excellent care and ensuring I was comfortable during the treatment. He approaches his patients with a fatherly, compassionate attitude, making me feel supported every step of the way. Dr. R. Rajeswari, the anesthesiologist, was also incredible. She was professional, calming, and made sure I was comfortable and well-informed during the entire process. A special mention to the amazing nurses at MD1 Ward 57 – they were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. Their help and support were invaluable. I would especially like to thank Nurul and Penny, who went above and beyond to assist during my visits. Their positive and caring approach made a huge difference in my experience. If you are looking for a great team to support you through childbirth or any medical care, I highly recommend Dr. Suhaimi and the entire team at Columbia Asia Setapak. The care you’ll receive here is second to none ☺️

I was hospitalised in June and Oct 2023 and March this year for shoulder surgeries at Columbia Asia Setapak, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received from the entire hospital staff. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the orthopaedic surgeon Dr. YS Yong, whose dedication and expertise always made me feel confident that I was in the best hands. Am also grateful to the anaesthetists, Dr. Joyce Tien and Dr. Rajes, whose reassuring manner made it less daunting when going through the surgeries, and the professionalism and skill made the waking-up process after each surgery incredibly smooth, for which I am immensely thankful. Would also like to express my sincere thanks to Dr Sindhu for her concerns & comforting words. My apologies for not being a very compliant patient. During my hospital stays, the nursing team provided outstanding care. Their attentiveness and compassion made a significant difference in my recovery. A few names that I could remember were Fairuz, Mani, Nor Izzatul Annis, among others. One of them whose name I could not remember but was very grateful to for helping me with the IV line which became swollen and painful. Her skill and assurance was very much appreciated. A special mention goes to Muhamad Azmin from the catering team. His attentiveness to small details in my dining needs was greatly appreciated, having gone out of his way to ensure that I was able to enjoy my meals. His helpfulness and cheerful demeanor also brightened my days and added a personal touch to the excellent service provided by the catering staff. Above all, I am most grateful to the wonderful physiotherapy team who has always demonstrated professionalism and dedication towards all their patients. My recovery journey started with the lovely cheerful physio Syaza, who first treated me before my surgeries, helping me greatly with the exercises and various therapies for the shoulder. After the surgery, Azie took over my rehab and has been treating me for the past ten months. Azie's commitment to my recovery has been truly exceptional. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I made steady progress, always finding innovative ways to accelerate my recovery, and varying and adjusting her approaches where necessary to ensure that pain and discomfort were minimal, while pushing me to go further. Beyond her technical skills, Azie provided invaluable emotional support. During moments when I felt discouraged and frustrated by the slow pace of my recovery, she offered gentle encouragement and unwavering patience. Her positive attitude and belief in my ability to recover were incredibly motivating and helped me stay committed to my rehabilitation. Thanks again to the best physio team and especially Azie in helping me throughout my recovery journey.
