I spent 3 days at the Princecourt Hospital, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The service at every level was excellent. The nurses on the 4th floor were exceptionally kind, polite and professional. Siti Nor was excellent and helped me at every step. The rest of the day and night nurses were also exceptional. My mom do the ERCP Procedure with dr Paul & dr Ryan (his partner). And glad, she doesn't feel in so much pain after doing the procedure. In my experience as an Indonesian patients we can clearly understand what dr Paul is talking about through his malay accents. And he is also share his phone number in order to facilitate communication for updating about my mom's condition. A very thorough and assuring doctor. He was willing to spend enough time to explain to me what was my main issue. The scope experience was not as scary as I thought too. Would strongly recommend Dr. Paul to anyone who needs an experienced and reasonably priced gastroenterologist.

Dr Jay was my doctor when I was diagnosed with Bcell lymphoma. Treating a fellow doctor is not easy. He was brilliant and always caring .I really can't put in words what an incredible physician and hematologist he is , suffice to say that he thought me how to be a better doctor to my patients.
