My wife was admitted for 4 days at Ward 3 under Dr Aslina. Overall, we had a great experience staying here, with friendly staff from the we arrived at the Emergency Department until discharge. But for me and my wife unnecessary to put male nurse at ward especially at night. That staff enter my wife room alone and my wife stay alone at that night, that not proper way. Also my wife not wear tudung and proper clothing. But it's not his fault, his do his job. But my wife and also me not comfortable about that thinks because have female staff at counter and why male staff need to attend my wife room?. I thinks not also me and my wife, another people will feel uncomfortable for this situation. I hope the top management can take note of this matter and consider it for future improvement. We wish to avoid any issues and do not intend to take this matter further. We believe it is better to address and prevent potential concerns early. Thank you

I admit ward under Dr Aslina last month because of influenza. She was very good when treating me. Her explanation and advice very useful. thank you to O&G staff for taking care of me while stay in there. Their service give comfort to me while i'm sick. Thank you physio staff did a great job for loosening my phlegm and give advice 👍🏻.

Alhamdulillah, I received the best treatment here (17.09.2025 - 30.09.2025) for allergies & inflammation, as well as trigeminal neuralgia affecting my facial nerves. The doctors directly involved in my treatment were Dr. Nor Aslina Abd Samat, Dr. Harneet Ranu, Dr. Farrah Jaa'far, Dr. Asrarul Fikri, and Dr. Teoh Jin Hooi. I was referred to many doctors according to their respective specializations when the allergies and inflammation occurred. Much of it affected my skin from head to toe, and my vision was also disturbed. My heartfelt thanks to all the doctors who tried their best, acted swiftly, and consulted with each other when my inflammation spread further on the first and second days here. While receiving skin treatment, I was informed by Dr. Ranu, who is experienced in skin treatment, about the types of fungi that were attacking. Alhamdulillah, within 2 weeks here, there were many significant improvements. My skin gradually healed from a state of severe itchy rashes, dryness, and bleeding cracked lips. Once again, thank you to the doctors, nurses, ambassadors who frequently visited to check on me, and the staff at Aurelius Hospital, Alor Setar, for their cooperation.
