I had an amazing experience at Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre for my two children. Dr. Joyce Loo is truly the best pediatrician, she is meticulous and provided excellent care that helped my kids recover from their illness in just a few days. The pediatric room was very spacious and comfortable, which made the stay much easier for our family. I also appreciated that the food was served consistently three times a day, hot and well-presented. Highly recommend Dr. Joyce and the friendly nursing team for any parents in Klang. Thanks

Pediatrician : DR JOYCE I’ve never come across a doctor like Dr. Joyce. I’ve visited many clinics and hospitals for both myself and my daughter, but every place gave different opinions and medications, nothing was consistent or effective. Dr. Joyce, on the other hand, took the time to truly listen, analyse, and immediately solve the issue. She doesn’t just treat, she understands. No repeating the same problem over and over. With her, one visit is enough. Sometimes I even wonder if she’s a magician, 🤭how does she know things I haven’t even shared yet? How does she predict the exact course the problem will take? My daughter came to the BTMC to treat her cough and wheezing. She was admitted by dr joyce but the dr attending her at ED was dr syafiq. He was fast and professional. He managed to get insert iv line fast even though my daughter was cranky that day. Kuddos to him and the team of nurses ward level 6 for the fast and professional actions.
