      All staff are friendly and nice. The pediatric department environment is warm and colorful, with walls surrounding each room. Lastly, I want to thank our doctor, Joyce, for her care during my kid's hospitalization. Just one thing I wanted to highlight: I can't get a single bedroom.

      My daughter came to the BTMC to treat her cough and wheezing. She was admitted by dr joyce but the dr attending her at ED was dr syafiq. He was fast and professional. He managed to get insert iv line fast even though my daughter was cranky that day. Kuddos to him and the team of nurses ward level 6 for the fast and professional actions.
