Here’s a quick breakdown: Admission/Registration & Discharge: 5/5 The journey for admission till discharge was really easy and smooth especially with the help from staff Lida was very much helpful during processing of admission and during discharge. Staff and Service: 5/5 The staff was friendly and helpful especially treatment at ER was very quick to diagnose and get the result. Especially Staff Nurse at ED (SN Khairul, PCA Din, Dr Suhash and MA Erna) ry helpful. The nurses that treat kids during treatment in level 2 also were caring, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. They made us feel comfortable even in emergency situation for kids. Facilities and Cleanliness: 4.5/5 The hospital was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. It seemed well-maintained, and the waiting areas were tidy. Treatment Quality: 5/5 The care my kids received was excellent. The doctor, Dr Chin quickly diagnosed their condition and discussed all treatment. We felt well cared for throughout my visit. Thank you for the kind and all the treatment kids received well during admitted here. Communication: 5/5 The hospital communicated well. I got clear instructions before and after our visit, and received follow-up calls to check on their recovery. Overall Experience: 4.8/5 Overall, we had a great experience. Even the waiting time is longer than expected but the cafe serves good meals and drinks. The location is very wise as many facilities are nearby. The staff was professional, the hospital was clean, and the care was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak to friends and family!

Very satisfied with the 4 day stay here. Room No. 57, Level 1 was very comfortable. Dr. Dr. Chin Sheau Yin was professional and explained my child's lung infection clearly. Thank you to the nurses who were kind and patient with my child who struggled to take medicine 😮‍💨. …

From the very beginning until after delivery, Dr. Sudha was incredibly supportive, calm, professional, and reassuring. She always took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Her positive energy, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a huge difference during such an emotional and important moment in my life. The nurses and clinic staff were also exceptionally kind, patient, and friendly. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, and I never once felt alone or neglected. The delivery team was absolutely amazing also very encouraging, compassionate, and supportive throughout labour and recovery. They constantly reassured me, motivated me, and made me feel safe and cared for every step of the way. This was my first experience visiting and delivering at this hospital, and honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience. As parents, small details matter so much, and the team exceeded our expectations in every aspect. A very special thanks as well to Dr. Chin, the paediatrician, who was extremely friendly, detailed, and attentive. We truly appreciated how thorough she was, even highlighting the smallest things that many people may not notice. It showed how dedicated and caring she is towards her patients, and it gave us great reassurance as a parent. Overall, from registration, counters, payment process, nurses, doctors, and the delivery ward team, every single staff member we encountered was professional, efficient, friendly, and compassionate. The level of care and humanity shown throughout our stay meant so much to us and made this beautiful milestone even more special.
