Dr. Gan, Dr. Shona, and Dr. Norzila were always patient in explaining Zill’s condition to us. They answered our questions with so much empathy and made sure we understood every step of his treatment. Their calm approach gave us confidence and trust during a time of uncertainty. The nurses, too, were gentle and loving with Zill. Even when he was not feeling his best, they tried their best to comfort him—whether by giving him a small smile, talking to him softly, or just holding his hand during procedures.
