CAH Setapak services were good, awesome, effective, efficient, and prompt. Dr. Yong Yuen Geng, Dr. Sathvinder, Dr. Ganesh & Dr. Rajesh was very helpful and professional. All the nurses and Mahsa students are very helpful (Fizi, Noor Syaidatul, Azreen, Aishah, Intan, Dharshini, Bibiana and others who serve me on ward 91A [2-5 Oct 2023], I'm very satisfied. Thanks for your hospitality.. Compared to Gleaneagle Ampang, you all did a good and excellent job. 🙏

10 Jun 2024 Very satisfied. 1. Cardiologist (Dr. Sazzli) 10/10 (The best doctor. Very relaxed, treats patients like friends. Excellent because he is young but very experienced.) 2. Anesthesiologist (Dr. Ganesh) 10/10 (Although only met for an interview, a lot of explanations were shared.) 3. Cardiology Staff 9/10 4. Stress Test Staff 8/10 5. Nurses 10/10 (All nurses are kind, friendly, and very helpful.) 6. Food 10/10 (All food is delicious and healthy.) 7. Hospital Condition & Atmosphere 9/10 8. Ward Toilet 4/10 (This is the only slight drawback. Although the toilet is in a single room and not shared, it still smells even after being cleaned. This is because the tiles have gaps, possibly due to age, so feces can enter the gaps. No matter how it's cleaned, there will still be a smell. The hospital could consider installing epoxy flooring for the toilet.) That's all, overall everything is the best. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Room 62 at MD2 provided the best service and treatment. Doctors Yys and Ganesh are truly the best. All the nurses at MD2, Atikah, Hamiza, Siti Amira, Afiqah, Sasi, Syuhada, and all the others, are kind-hearted. Thank you for taking care of me during my ward stay at MD2. Assistant Doctor Yys and PCA Pudinah also provided excellent service. Thank you all.

I was admitted to the ward in Room 50 (4 bedded) and Room 37 (single room) from 16.10.2024 - 19.10.2024 because I broke my leg and needed surgery. Thank you to Doctor Ong Kean Chao (Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon) & Doctor Ganesh (Anestetic) and all the nurses at level 1 who provide the best service. Nurse Puvenes gave a good explanation during discharge. Intan from the Pharmacy section is also good because the explanation is clear when taking medicines. Not forgetting the physiotherapy team. Ward 50D This is my very 1st time staying here for tonsil & nose. I am truly satisfied with the treatment received by all the doctors (ENT - Dr Adzreil & Dr Bius - Dr Ganesh) and staff nurses. I was very well taken care off by attentive doctors and nurses. All procedure went smooth from admitted until discharged. Daily meal provided with variety of choices. But for me, I can choose "bubur nasi" due to tonsil surgery, however, the taste is good! Room and toilet cleanliness is well maintained and comfort to stay. Thank you for warm hospitality and excellent services Dr Adzriel and all staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
